Why Did I Get Married Too? Premiere
On March 22, 2010 in New York City there was red carpet premiere of "Why Did I Get Married Too? Thought I post a few pictures from it...
Sharon Leal looks pretty and Tasha Smith is an old hollywood star in this red one shoulder sequin gown.
Gayle looks like she is going to work. Janet Jackson looks great in this Navy jacket and hammer styled pants.
I don't like this esemble Jill Scott choosed to wear. It is not particularly flattering for her figure. It makes her shoulders look even more broader. This is the most clothes I ever seen on Coco. Its a good change for her.

Oscars
The oscars were a week ago today. I am definitely late, but I still had to pick my best and worst dressed.
I thought these ladies look good...
I think they both look gorgeous. This is the best I have seen Sandra Bullock this award season. Kristen Stewart would have been on my best dressed if she would have accessorized.
Maggie Gyllenhaal looks good, but her dress seems the least apprioate for the oscars. It is a little beachy. Penelope looks good, but I have seen her more exciting.
I think Meryl Streep looks great and sexy. This is a great silhouette for her age.
Nicole Richie looks cute...She is definitely keeping true to her bohemian look.

Who is the true fashion pioneer?
So earlier this week my friend sent me a picture she had seen on twitter. It was a picture comparing Kelis and Lady Gaga's style. So I had to go check it out with my friend Google. What I found on my search caused me to have an epiphany. Which I will explain in a little bit, but here is what I found out doing research.
So it all started because Kelis showed up to an event in interesting outfit
people have commented that she was taking from Lady Gaga's crazy style. This has made Kelis fans upset. So they came out with this picture...
showing that it is the opposite. The truth is the Kelis has been eccentric since the first day she stepped on the scene. She has been a trailblazer in fashion, but in the mainstream world I think she is a little of an underdog. People forget that she had the short haircut that Rihanna and the other girls are rocking now years ago. Here is a picture of her from 2006...and Rihanna in 2009...

Well anytime someone does anything eccentric they say there trying to be like Lady Gaga. No offense to the Lady Gaga fans out there but OMG I am tired of the comparison. Lady Gaga is not the first person to come out and wear crazy things. People have been doing this for years and there will be more people after her. People have forgotten about Cher, Labelles, the list goes on. So the fact is fashion is a revolving circle.
